• Apache Web server;
• MySQL database management system;
• PHP server – based script language support;
• Possibility to supplement Apache Web server configuration files.

Minimal user computer requirements

• Internet Explorer 5.5+ browser program;
• Skills to operate with MS Word and Web application software.
